My latest photo shoot opportunity was to document a fundraiser to benefit the women’s art group & youth refugee program at Catholic Charities in Chicago. The event featured DELICIOUS appetizers from around the world, a dance performance, two musical performances and an awards ceremony honoring the dedicated volunteers who keep these programs running and thriving. The women who participate in the art group made gorgeous handmade vases that decorated the tables. Program participants ran a table where you could make your own earrings and volunteers did amazing henna tattoos for guests. It was an honor to be a part of such a lovely event. Enjoy!
